Cortijo Carranque is a house set in a beautiful river valley near Coin with a history of at least 500 years - ancient records suggest it might once have been a mosque.  In 2007 Christian couple Martin and Angela bought and restored the buildings to provide a house of "R&R" (Rest and Recuperation)  or "Safe Haven" for people needing a respite from the busyness and stress of everyday life; a place where you can step aside for a while, to re-connect with God and yourself, and to receive rest, refreshment, and renewed vision for your life.  Whether you are looking for a restful holiday, a spiritual retreat or a combination of both, we warmly welcome you to this lovely place.
